Job Description:

 

  1. Identifies field faults in data collection systems and digital equipment by running systems diagnostics and unit tests.
    b.  Performs necessary maintenance, disassembly, parts replacement, reassembly, and calibration or adjustment as required. Replaces units, assemblies, or modules in the field with working spares.
    c.  Performs preventive maintenance at field installations. Develops preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for new equipment and systems.

Electrical Technician I –  2 yrs diploma or more in Electrical.  10y exp in the oil/gas electrical field; troubleshoot panel board wiring, breakers, installation/maintenance of electrical testing equipment like Wheatstone bridge, oscilloscopes, meters, meggers, hi-pot testers, etc. Familiar with electrical codes, work permit and lockout procedures.
 
Engineer II (Chemical) – BS degree in Chemical Engineering, 10y with petroleum plants construction projects and refining/oil processing plants.  General knowledge about fuel additives and additive injection systems.  General knowledge about the industry design standards related to petroleum plants safety and operation guidelines (API/ASTM).
 
Engineer II (BS Electrical, Instrument and Mechanical Engg); 10y exp, pref in the oil industry or similar process industry.  Exp mech piping design, good background in piping; familiar with transmitter. Knowledge of international piping standard codes

Job Description:

 

  1. Obtains measurements and checks dimensions and other data such as the physical condition of existing facilities as required for use in field studies.
    b.  Accumulates statistical and cost information as required to maintain planning records.
    c.  Prepares sketches for engineering jobs, field checks drawings and markups for revisions as required.
    d.  Prepares material lists from preliminary drawings, checks the availability and suitability of material with Materials' personnel and prepares, when material status has been determined, firm lists of materials.
    e.  Preparing routine reports, for the supervisor's approval, such as monthly narrative and various maintenance reports.
    f.  Maintains records and files and performs any other duties requested by the supervisor.
    g. Field checks various work order requests, estimates type and amount of maintenance manpower required and supplies breakdown to supervisor.
    h.  Checks maintenance forces and contractors for proper completion of approved work.
    i.   Checks equipment usage and time reports.
    j.  Receives and directs storage of maintenance materials.

Field Maint Projs Coord – BS Mechanical Engg, Exp and knowledge of Primavera or MS Project software, 13y project monitoring/coordinator either Building or equipment maintenance/construction/contract administration in Industrial plant (Oil and gas or power generation) with 5y Project Scheduling exp, focal point, reporting, material arrangement and logictical jobs.
 
Inspector I – BS Mech Engg, 10y exp; certified in Magnetic Particle II, Liquid Penetrant II, individual testing II, AWS, CSWIP, NACE; strong exp in piping;  also have the certifications on API-570, API-577, API-653, API-510, NACE Coating Inspector Level-II.

 

Lab Scientist I – BS Degree in Analytical Chemistry (Chemist); analytical background focused on Petroleum (Refined Products and Crude) analysis and testing and good knowledge of different protocol testing as per ASTM/IP/BS/EN/JIS. General knowledge about fuel additives and their effect on fuels specifications.  Preferred to have experience in fuels adulteration and smuggling.  10y exp in a substantive industrial, technological or laboratory area relevant to the jobs assignment.
 
Machinist Tech I - 10y exp as machinist, repair/maintenance of valves, actuator, rotating equipments, pumps, diesel engine, lathe and milling machines, flexible to work in any site.
 
Job Description:

 

  1. Locates equipment faults and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostic tests, measurements and analyses.
    b.  Performs necessary maintenance on assigned equipment, stripping down, replacing, fabricating or re-machining parts as required. Reassembles equipment, runs operating tests to ensure satisfactory repair.

    Sr Welder – 11y exp in welding and fabrication. Possess welding certs ASME, AWS, TIG and must have low welding rejection rate.
     
    Loss Prevention Engineer - BS Engg (Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, Civil, Fire Protection, Environmental or BS Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Biology or Chemistry.  10yrs exp in Oil and gas, Hydrocarbon, petrochemicals or related industries.
